The following terms of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Privacy Policy"), which form an integral part of the Terms of Use of the e-restaurants.it Website, concern the use of the Website and its services by both casual visitors and registered users of our online services, as described in the Terms of Use. Using our Website and registering for our services implies the unconditional acceptance, consent, approval, and agreement of the visitor/user with the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.

The registration process on the Website and the use of our services requires a minimal amount of personal data, as described below. The Website collects information you provide when accessing and using it. Registration on e- restaurants is mandatory to ensure the provision of services. For phone reservations, users must provide the name of the reservation holder and a contact phone number.

These details may belong to the user or any other individual on whose behalf the user is making the reservation. Optionally, the user can provide additional comments regarding the service they intend to receive. Upon completing the reservation, the reservation holder's name, contact number, and any specific comments are automatically shared with the restaurant involved. Partner restaurants are legally bound to treat this data confidentially, using it solely to support and execute reservations, and to retain it for a limited time.

C. User Comments and Reviews

Users who have received services from a restaurant via the Website may submit comments and reviews through their account, as outlined in the Terms of Use. The content may:

  • Be posted on the Website.
  • Be used in full or partially on other digital applications or promotional platforms managed by the Website.

The material will not include any personal user data and will only be associated with the user's first name and the initial of their last name to ensure anonymity. If users do not wish for any publication or reproduction of such content, they should refrain from submitting comments or reviewing a restaurant.

D. Surveys/Questionnaires/Polls

E-restaurants may invite users to participate in online surveys, questionnaires, or polls. Participation is optional, and users may need to provide their name and other details (e.g., occupation, age).
